So Ukrainian "Ultra-Patriots" (who happen to idolize WWII Ukrainian Nazi war criminals and collaborators) put Tucker Carlson  on the Mirotvorets hit list.

Just because he dared to interview Vladimir Putin in Moscow!

Sad but true.

Tucker, welcome to goo company. Aside from Elon Musk, they put me on the hit list, too!

Why? Because I dared to question the official narrative and exposed the 02/24 Post-Maidan Ukrainian government, its armed forces and paramilitaries of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Donbass region of Eastern Ukraine.

And accused the U.S. government of being involved in these war crimes.

How?

Please take a look at these Ukrainian-Russian-American Observer posts listed below.

And then ask yourself:

1. Are the U.S. and its NATO partners honestly supporting "Democracy", "Freedom" and "Western / European" values in Ukraine by sending the Ukrainian government led by president Zelensky hundreds of billions of dollars in military and financial aid?

Or is the U.S. using Ukraine, as revealed by a number of US & European politicians, in a proxy war to weaken Russia with the ultimate goal of bringing the biggest country in the world (by landmass) with the largest amount of natural resources ($75 trillion) under the political, economic, cultural and eventually military control of Euro-American Financial Industrial Groups that control political parties, politicians, senior government officials, governments, the press, social media  and IT & telecommunications giants?

2. Does the U.S. government really care when U.S. citizens like Gonzalo Lira, my mother and maternal grandmother are killed by regimes that the U.S. government supports?

Or when these regimes and their supporters target U.S. citizens, including journalists, for challenging official narratives and exposing their wrongdoing?

3. Does the U.S. government really care that it supports countries, political parties, NGO and paramilitary organizations  that abuse human rights massively, commit war crimes and crimes against humanity -- as long as these groups further U.S. foreign policy interests?

4. Do regular Americans and Europeans really understand that their news media (both privately & government owned), social media companies and entertainment media (movies, music, theater, TV, radio content) regularly lie to them regrading current and past events domestically and abroad, including Ukraine and Russia, by regurgitating propaganda approved by their corporate handlers and owners (those huge sinister Trans-national Financial Industrial Groups [FIGs])?

5. Should American and European citizens, including journalists, politicians, human rights supporters, lawyers, doctors, and businessmen be labeled and ostracized as

- traitors,

- useful idiots,

- puppets,

- stooges and

- agents

of foreign countries and their leaders, just because they oppose current U.S. policy or agree with and support the policies of countries that the U.S. and its allies consider their enemies?

6. Should journalists like Tucker Carlson and amateur bloggers like me be censored, shadow-banned, de-platformed, slandered, libeled, blackballed, threatened (including by exposing personal data on us and our families), persecuted and even selectively prosecuted just because we dare to

- disagree with our government(s) and the FIGs that control them and challenge the official narrative that they push?

-  expose wrongdoing by our home countries and other countries and political forces & figures that they support, including corruption, human rights abuses, war crimes and crimes against humanity?

- dare to discover the truth by interviewing our home countries' opponents and engaging in independent investigative journalism?

7. Should we demand accountability and compliance with the Rule of Law (including generally accepted principles of international law)  from our governments and foreign governments & politicians that are funded, supported and armed with our taxes?

8. Should we expect compliance with Constitutionally-guaranteed right, like Freedom of Speech, Assembly and Worship, by our home government and its foreign "partners" (allies & aid recipients) and demand an end to government & corporate censorship, persecution and selective prosecution of those who peacefully and lawfully expose and oppose such unconstitutional & undemocratic measures, first and foremost traditional journalists and bloggers?

What's worse, taking a photograph of an injured person, even a child, or a dead body in a war zone or a disaster area

- primarily for the sake of photojournalism without providing available assistance (medical care, food, protection [from animal or human predators], shelter and/or evacuation)

   or

- for propaganda / information warfare / fake news?

Sadly, I've seen a lot of "vulture" photo & video news coverage from Ukraine since the winter of 2013-2014 and the start of the civil war in Eastern Ukraine in the spring of 2014.

Some photos and video segments have been staged and faked.

What's worse, the vast majority of it has been by Ukrainian and Western news media.

This is based on my objective neutral observations and analysis.

So why did these Ukrainian and Western media journalists and news outlets violate the precepts of objective journalism, aside from being owned & controlled by establishment financial industrial groups that in turn control governments, political parties and politicians?

To arouse sympathy in The Americas, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand for the Pro-American Ukrainian government, even when its military, security & law enforcement agencies, paramilitaries and mercenaries commit human rights violations, including war crimes and crimes against humanity.

And to arouse anger and hate against Pro-Russian Ukrainian citizens and Russia, as the country that provided them with military, economic, political and humanitarian assistance from 2014 to 2022 and then invaded Ukraine in February of 2022 to protect them and Russia's national security interests against NATO encroachment.

That's modern mainstream journalism today.

Show what's needed to arouse support for your sponsors' policies

Ignore, censor and shadow ban all inconvenient truths

What do you think?

💥 THE SECOND VULTURE:

"I PUT IT TO YOU THAT THERE WERE TWO VULTURES ON THAT DAY, ONE HAD A CAMERA"

In the 1990's there was a widely circulated photo of a vulture waiting for a starving little girl to die and feast on her corp.

That photo was taken during the 1993/94 famine in Sudan, by Kevin Carter, a South African photojournalist, who later won the Pulitzer Prize for this 'amazing shot'.*

*However, as Kevin Carter was savouring his feat and being celebrated on major news channels and networks worldwide for such an 'exceptional photographic skill', he lived just for a few months to enjoy his supposed achievement and fame, as he later got depressed and took his own life!*

*Kevin Carter's depression started, when during one of such interviews (a phone-in programme), someone called in and asked him what happened to the little girl.

He simply replied, "I didn't wait to find out after this shot, as I had a flight to catch..."

Then the caller said, "I put it to you that there were two vultures on that day, one had a camera".*

*Thus, his constant thought of that statement, later led to depression and he ultimately committed suicide.

Kevin Carter could have still been alive today and even much more famous, if he had just picked that little girl up and taken her to the United Nations Feeding Center, where she was attempting to reach or at least take her to somewhere safe.*

*Today, regrettably this is what is happening all around the world.

The world celebrates stupidity and inhumane act, at the detriment of other.

Kevin Carter should have taken the girl away from that place, which will cost him nothing, yet he didn't.

Here is the inhuman posture, "he had all time to take his shot, but he had no time to save the girl's life".*

*Thus, we must all understand that, the purpose of life, is to also touch lives. So are you too a Vulture.

In whatever we do, let humanity come first, before what we stand to gain out of the situation.

In all we do let's always think of others and how we can be of benefit to humanity, how we can lend a helping hand and wipe away tears.

Hence, when we seek knowledge, wealth, fame, skills or even positions, let's think of how we can use it to benefit the people and society at large.*

*Today, there is a lot of poverty in the land, so if our God Almighty has blessed you, be a blessing to others, extend a helping hand to those in need.

Remember, you giving, is also a way of appreciating divine blessings, bounties, and favour of God Almighty upon you.

Therefore, it is very important that we all should help the poor and needy, the orphans and widows amongst us, so that they can meet their needs.

Please don't be a Kevin Carter, be human and think humanity.*

💥 Beware, we humans are not humans, if we lack humaneness in all we do‼️

History In Pictures

The vulture is waiting for the girl to die and to eat her.

The photograph was taken by South African photojournalist, Kevin Carter, while on assignment to Sudan.

He took his own life a couple of month later due to depression.

In March 1993 Kevin Carter made a trip to Sudan. Near the village of Ayod, Carter found a girl who had stopped to rest while struggling to a United Nations feeding centre, whereupon a vulture had landed nearby.

Careful not to disturb the bird, he waited for twenty minutes until the vulture was close enough, positioned himself for the best possible image and only then chased the vulture away.

At this point Carter was probably not yet aware that he had shot one of the most controversial photographs in the history of photojournalism.

“The parents of the children were busy taking food from the plane, so they had left their children only briefly while they collected the food.

This was the situation for the girl in the photo taken by Carter. A vulture landed behind the girl.

To get the two in focus, Carter approached the scene very slowly so as not to scare the vulture away and took a photo from approximately 10 meters. He took a few more photos before chasing the bird away”.

The photograph was sold to The New York Times where it appeared for the first time on March 26, 1993.

Practically overnight hundreds of people contacted the newspaper to ask whether the child had survived, leading the newspaper to run a special editor’s note saying the girl had enough strength to walk away from the vulture, but that her ultimate fate was unknown.

Because of this, Carter was bombarded with questions about why he did not help the girl, and only used her to take a photograph.

As with many dramatic photographs, Carter came under criticism for this shot.

The St. Petersburg Times in Florida wrote: “The man adjusting his lens to take just the right frame of her suffering, might just as well be a predator, another vulture on the scene”.

The attitude that public opinion condemned was not only that of taking the picture instead of chasing the vulture immediately away, but also the fact that he did not help the girl afterwards –as Carter explained later- leaving her in such a weak condition to continue the march by her self towards the feeding center.

However, Carter was working in a time when photojournalists were told not to touch famine victims for fear of spreading disease.

Carter estimated that there were twenty people per hour dying at the food center. The child was not unique.

Regardless, Carter often expressed regret that he had not done anything to help the girl, even though there was not much that he could have done.

In 1994, Kevin Carter won the Pulitzer prize for the disturbing photograph of a Sudanese child being stalked by a vulture.

That same year, Kevin Carter committed suicide. (story credit: BoredPanda) See less

The Vulture and the Little Girl
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Vulture and the Little Girl, also known as The Struggling Girl, is a photograph by Kevin Carter which first appeared in The New York Times on 26 March 1993.

It is a photograph of a frail famine-stricken boy, initially believed to be a girl,[1] who had collapsed in the foreground with a hooded vulture eyeing him from nearby.

The child was reported to be attempting to reach a United Nations feeding centre about a half mile away in Ayod, Sudan (now South Sudan), in March 1993, and to have survived the incident.

The picture won the Pulitzer Prize for Feature Photography award in 1994.

Carter took his own life four months after winning the prize.

This image has also been the subject of many criticisms for being a pornography of poverty.[2]

In Ayod

In 2011, the child's father revealed the child was actually a boy, Kong Nyong, and had been taken care of by the UN food aid station. Nyong had died in about 2007, of "fevers", according to his family.[1]
Publication and public reaction

In March 1993, The New York Times was seeking an image to illustrate a story by Donatella Lorch about the Sudan famine.

Nancy Buirski, the newspaper's picture editor on the foreign desk, called Marinovich, who told her about "an image of a vulture stalking a starving child who had collapsed in the sand."

Carter's photo was published in the 26 March 1993 edition.[16] The caption read:

"A little girl, weakened from hunger, collapsed recently along the trail to a feeding center in Ayod. Nearby, a vulture waited."[4]

This first publication in The New York Times "caused a sensation", Marinovich wrote, adding, "It was being used in posters for raising funds for aid organisations.

Papers and magazines around the world had published it, and the immediate public reaction was to send money to any humanitarian organisation that had an operation in Sudan."[17]

Claiming responsible ethical behaviour of photographers, publishers and the viewers of such photographs of shocking scenes, cultural writer Susan Sontag wrote in her essay Regarding the Pain of Others (2003):[18]

"There is shame as well as shock in looking at the close-up of a real horror.
Perhaps the only people with the right to look at images of suffering of this extreme order are those who could do something to alleviate it … or those who could learn from it.
The rest of us are voyeurs, whether or not we mean to be."[19]

Special editorial

Due to the public reaction and questions about the child's condition, The New York Times published a special editorial in its 30 March 1993 edition, which said in part,

"A picture last Friday with an article about the Sudan showed a little Sudanese girl who had collapsed from hunger on the trail to a feeding center in Ayod.
   A vulture lurked behind her.
Many readers have asked about the fate of the girl.
The photographer reports that she recovered enough to resume her trek after the vulture was chased away.
It is not known whether she reached the center."[20]

Aftermath

Four months after being awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Feature Photography, Carter died of suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning on 27 July 1994 at age 33.[24][25]

Desmond Tutu, Archbishop Emeritus of Cape Town, South Africa, wrote of Carter,

"And we know a little about the cost of being traumatized that drove some to suicide, that, yes, these people were human beings operating under the most demanding of conditions."[26]

Kevin Carter
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Kevin Carter (13 September 1960 – 23 July 1994)[1] was a South African photojournalist and member of the Bang-Bang Club.

He was the recipient in 1994 of a Pulitzer Prize for his photograph depicting the 1993 famine in Sudan.

He died of carbon monoxide poisoning at the age of 33.

His story is depicted in the book The Bang-Bang Club,[2] written by Greg Marinovich and João Silva and published in 2000.

Pulitzer Prize photograph in Sudan

Carter shot an image of what appeared to be a little girl, fallen to the ground from hunger, while a vulture lurked on the ground nearby.

He told Silva he was shocked by the situation he had just photographed, and had chased the vulture away.

A few minutes later, Carter and Silva boarded a small UN plane and left Ayod for Kongor.[13]

Sold to The New York Times, the photograph first appeared on 26 March 1993, and syndicated worldwide.

Hundreds of people contacted the newspaper to ask the fate of the girl.

The paper said that according to Carter, "she recovered enough to resume her trek after the vulture was chased away" but that it was unknown whether she reached the UN food center.[14]

In April 1994, the photograph won the Pulitzer Prize for Feature Photography.[15][16]

In 2011, the child's father revealed the child was actually a boy, Kong Nyong, and had been taken care of by the UN food aid station.

Nyong had died four years prior, c. 2007, of "fevers", according to his family.[17]

Other work

In March 1994, Carter took a photograph of the three Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging members being shot during their abortive invasion of Bophuthatswana just before the South African election.

Carter ran out of film halfway through the incident.

Eamonn McCabe of The Guardian said: "It was a picture that made nearly every front page in the world, the one real photograph of the whole campaign."[18]

Death

Four months after being awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Feature Photography, Carter died of suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning on 27 July 1994 at age 33.[19][20]

Desmond Tutu, Archbishop Emeritus of Cape Town, South Africa, wrote of Carter,

"And we know a little about the cost of being traumatized that drove some to suicide, that, yes, these people were human beings operating under the most demanding of conditions."[21]

"I'm really, really sorry. The pain of life overrides the joy to the point that joy does not exist.
…depressed … without phone … money for rent … money for child support … money for debts … money!!!
… I am haunted by the vivid memories of killings & corpses & anger & pain
… of starving or wounded children, of trigger-happy madmen, often police, of killer executioners
… I have gone to join Ken if I am that lucky."

    — Kevin Carter, [Suicide letter]

URA Facebook account disabled on March 24, 2020 over Greg Krasovsky's COVID-19 post!

March 26, 2020

Dear Readers,

On March 24, 2020 Facebook disabled without warning the account of Gregory Krasovsky, the founder of The Ukrainian-Russian-American Observer.

As a result, the following Facebook pages registered by Greg Krasovsky and linked to his account have been "disappeared"from/by Facebook.

- The Ukrainian-Russian-American Observer page: https://www.facebook.com/URA.Observer/

- Greg Krasovsky's personal Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/gkrasovsky
FYI, Greg Krasovsky is a dual US-Russian citizen and a practicing lawyer in both the United States and Russia.

He was born in Moscow, Russia in 1968 and spent the first 4 years of his life in Eastern Ukraine's Donetsk Coal Basin, namely Lugansk Region.

Since then Greg has spent have of his life in Russia (22 years) and the other half (23 years) in the United States. he also managed to live in Vienna, Austria for over a year before coming to the United States and settling in Philadelphia, PA.

So why did Facebook disable Greg's account without notice on the 24th?

Because Greg, having logged into his Facebook account from Moscow, Russia made an informative post on the COVID-19, the Wuhan Coronavirus (see below).

Now that you have read this post, do you think it was improper or in violation of Facebook rules & policies?

Regardless, after posting it on his personal Facebook page, Greg decided to share this post with his community groups at

1. Columbia University, where he received a BA in Political Science in 1991

     - Columbia College Class of 1991 page

2. Central High School of Philadelphia, where he received his high school diploma (CHS is the only HS in the U.S. that awards a Bachelor of Arts degree!)

     - The Official Central High School in Philadelphia Alumni Group

     - Central High School in Philadelphia.

Apparently, such brazen activity was enough to trigger some Facebook protocol -- probably designed to fight those ominous Kremlin-controlled Russian Trolls that spread dissent and division among Americans -- which probably immediately declared Russian-American attorney Greg Krasovsky a violator Facebook policies and a threat to the Facebook ecosystem.

That's Facebook censorship for you!

After his account was disabled, Greg tried to follow recommended Facebook protocol for asking a review of his disabled account.

Unfortunately, the only thing that Facebook allowed Greg to do was to upload a photo of his U.S. passport with a subsequent promise to contact him by email shortly.

So now the only recourse that Greg has to restore his Facebook pages is to sue Facebook either in the U.S. or in Russia.

Why did Greg post his article on COVID-19, a very important and sensitive topic today?

Could Greg's previous life & work experience, including at the following places, have given him interest and insight into the COVID-19 pandemic?

***

Here's some of Greg Krasovsky's past work & volunteer experience:
- Work as a student intern/laboratory technician at University of Pennsylvania Medical School's Pharmacology Department (fields: Neuro-pharmacology & study of HIV virus);

- Volunteering at the American Red Cross' Disaster Services Division in New York City while attending Columbia University;

-  Work as an Emergency Medical Technician at Columbia University in New York and in Pennsylvania (Montgomery County and City of Philadelphia);

- Work as a Fire Rescue and Vehicle Rescue Technician in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania;

- Work as a City of Philadelphia Police Officer;

- Work as a project manager overseeing a Biotechnology start-up in Russia that was involved in transgenics (human-animal DNA transfer & hybrids) and immunity boosting compounds;

- Volunteer work at an International Disaster Relief NGO, Shelterbox USA, including as its local representative in Washington, DC;

- Volunteer work as a founding member of an International Disaster Relief NGO, Disaster Aid USA; and

- Current work as an attorney who handles Medical Malpractice, Dangerous Drug Claims and Biochemistry Industry clients, as well as COVID-19 related legal cases.

Did Greg's work as an emergency responder (Police, Fire and EMS) and a disaster-relief volunteer create a life-long desire to help others by sharing in his Facebook community what he considered to be pertinent & important information?

Do we want people like Greg to share with us such information on Facebook regarding COVID-19?

Is this constitutionally protected free-speech?

Should Facebook have the power to unilaterally censor and banish its users, including those who have spent serious amounts of money on Facebook advertising for their businesses?

If you believe that such capricious Facebook banishment and censorship is improper and unwarranted, then please speak up!

Share this post among your friends and let Facebook know how you feel!

Also, please feel free to reach out to Greg Krasovsky by phone at +1-202-558-5287 or by email at <krasovsky911[at]gmail.com> and let him know you position and advice on this issue!

Bad news and good news re Covid-19

A. Good News:

1. "...our survey shows that hydroxychloroquine treatment is significantly associated with viral load reduction / disappearance in COVID-19 patients and its effect is reinforced by azithromycin."

2, High Dose IV Vitamin C treatments seem to help too!

3. Alcohol (>30%) kills coronavirus -- seems to dissolve its fatty shell.

4. The LA Times Video "The Science Behind the Coronavirus, the complete series" gives good overview of Covid-19.

5. China's successful battle with Covid-19, especially in Wuhan & its surrounding province, shows that we can beat this thing with strict epidemiological control measures (quarantine, isolation & social distancing).

6. No matter how bad Covid-19 is, it's still not as bad as the Spanish Flu of 1918 (which seems to have originated from a U.S. pig farm in Kansas).

B. Bad News:

1. Just look at today's numbers on Covid-19's spread.

2. The data from Wuhan shows how difficult it is to treat this thing.

3. 1/3 of Covid-19 carriers (and transmitters) don't show symptoms.

4. Unless we're ready and able to implement a simultaneous world-wide 4 to 6 week strict quarantine, we may not be able to stop the virus' spread and periodic reappearance domestically and from abroad.

So what do you think?

Information for Clinicians on Therapeutic Options for COVID-19 Patients

There are no US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved drugs specifically for the treatment of patients with COVID-19.
At present clinical management includes infection prevention and control measures and supportive care, including supplementary oxygen and mechanical ventilatory support when indicated.  An array of drugs approved for other indications as well as several investigational drugs are being studied in several hundred clinical trials that are underway across the globe. The purpose of this document is to provide information on two of the approved drugs (chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine) and one of the investigational agents (remdesivir) currently in use in the United States.

Remdesivir

Remdesivir is an investigational intravenous drug with broad antiviral activity that inhibits viral replication through premature termination of RNA transcription and has in-vitro activity against SARS-CoV-2 and in-vitro and in-vivo activity against related betacoronaviruses [1-3].

Finally, in areas without clinical trials, COVID-19 patients in the United States and other countries have been treated with remdesivir on an uncontrolled compassionate use basis. The manufacturer is currently transitioning the provision of emergency access to remdesivir from individual compassionate use requests to an expanded access program.  The expanded access program for the United States is under rapid development. Hydroxychloroquine and Chloroquine

Due to higher in-vitro activity against SARS-CoV-2 and its wider availability in the United States compared with chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine has been administered to hospitalized COVID-19 patients on an uncontrolled basis in multiple countries, including in the United States. One small study reported that hydroxychloroquine alone or in combination with azithromycin reduced detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in upper respiratory tract specimens compared with a non-randomized control group but did not assess clinical benefit [7]. Hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin are associated with QT prolongation and caution is advised when considering these drugs in patients with chronic medical conditions (e.g. renal failure, hepatic disease) or who are receiving medications that might interact to cause arrythmias.

Hydroxychloroquine is currently under investigation in clinical trials for pre-exposure or post-exposure prophylaxis of SARS-CoV-2 infection, and treatment of patients with mild, moderate, and severe COVID-19. In the United States, several clinical trials of hydroxychloroquine for prophylaxis or treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infection are planned or will be enrolling soon.  More information on trials can be found at:  https://clinicaltrials.gov/external icon.

Hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin as a treatment of COVID-19: results of an open-label non-randomized clinical trial.

Patients and methods
French Confirmed COVID-19 patients were included in a single arm protocol from early March to March 16th, to receive 600mg of hydroxychloroquine daily and their viral load in nasopharyngeal swabs was tested daily in a hospital setting.

Depending on their clinical presentation, azithromycin was added to the treatment. Untreated patients from another center and cases refusing the protocol were included as negative controls. Presence and absence of virus at Day6-post inclusion was considered the end point.

Results
Six patients were asymptomatic, 22 had upper respiratory tract infection symptoms and eight had lower respiratory tract infection symptoms.

Twenty cases were treated in this study and showed a significant reduction of the viral carriage at D6-post inclusion compared to controls, and much lower average carrying duration than reported of untreated patients in the literature. Azithromycin added to hydroxychloroquine was significantly more efficient for virus elimination.

Conclusion
Despite its small sample size our survey shows that hydroxychloroquine treatment is significantly associated with viral load reduction/disappearance in COVID-19 patients and its effect is reinforced by azithromycin.

Azithromycin was discovered in 1980, and approved for medical use in 1988.[5][6] It is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, the safest and most effective medicines needed in a health system.[7]

In the United States, it is about US$4 for a course of treatment as of 2018.[11] In 2016, it was the 49th most prescribed medication in the United States with more than 15 million prescriptions.[12]

Use of high dose intravenous vitamin C (IVC) in the treatment of moderate to severe cases of Covid-19 patients.

A group of medical doctors, healthcare providers and scientists met online March 17, 2020, to discuss the use of high dose intravenous vitamin C (IVC) in the treatment of moderate to severe cases of Covid-19 patients.

Dr. Enqian Mao was in attendance, he is the chief of emergency medicine department at Ruijin Hospital, a major hospital in Shanghai, affiliated with the Joatong University College of Medicine. Dr. Mao is also a member of the Senior Expert Team at the Shanghai Public Health Center, where all Covid-19 patients have been treated.

Dr. Mao stated that his group treated about 50 cases of moderate to severe cases of Covid-19 infection with high dose IVC. Dosing of IVC ranged from 10,000 mg – 20,000 mg a day for 7-10 days, with 10,000 mg for moderate cases and 20,000 for more severe cases. The first bit of good news was that all patients who received IVC improved and there was no mortality. Secondly, as compared to the average of a 30-day hospital stay for all Covid-19 patients, those patients who received high dose IVC had a hospital stay about 3-5 days shorter than the overall patients.

Dr. Mao also discussed one particularly severe case where the patient was deteriorating rapidly. An extra of 50,000 mg IVC dosage was given over a period of 4 hours and it caused the patient’s pulmonary (oxygenation index) status to stabilize and improve as the critical care team watched in real time.

Why whisky could kill the coronavirus (but drinking it won’t work)

The virus that causes Covid-19 appears more vulnerable than Sars, which means a 40 per cent solution, typically found in alcoholic spirits, can be enough to destroy it

Researchers stress that downing shots is not recommended but strong liquor could be used as an emergency sanitiser

Children and Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)
Tips to keep children healthy while school’s out

Steps to protect children from getting sick
You can encourage your child to help stop the spread of COVID-19 by teaching them to do the same things everyone should do to stay healthy.

Clean hands often using soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer
Avoid people who are sick (coughing and sneezing)
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces daily in household common areas (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remotes, handles, desks, toilets, sinks)
Launder items including washable plush toys as appropriate in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. If possible, launder items using the warmest appropriate water setting for the items and dry items completely. Dirty laundry from an ill person can be washed with other people’s items.

Spanish Flu: a warning from history
Cambridge University
Nov 30, 2018

100 years ago, celebrations marking the end of the First World War were cut short by the onslaught of a devastating disease - the 1918-19 influenza pandemic.

Its early origins and initial geographical starting point still remain a mystery but in the Summer of 1918, there was a second wave of a far more virulent form of the influenza virus than anyone could have anticipated.

Soon dubbed ‘Spanish Flu’ after its effects were reported in the country’s newspapers, the virus rapidly spread across much of the globe to become one of the worst natural disasters in human history.

To mark the centenary and to highlight vital scientific research, the University of Cambridge has made a new film exploring what we have learnt about Spanish Flu, the urgent threat posed by influenza today, and how scientists are preparing for future pandemics.

Ukraine Declares War on Journalism.

Greg Krasovsky: When even The New York Times writes about press censorship, intimidation and persecution of journalists in Ukraine, you can just imagine what it's like to be a defenseless independent journalist, especially if your objective coverage appears to be against the Poroshenko regime and/or for pro-Russian eastern Ukrainian federalists ("separatists").

"KIEV, Ukraine — In July 2014, I went to Donetsk, a separatist-controlled region in eastern Ukraine, to cover the shooting down of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17. It was a dangerous place at the time.

The Ukrainian military and the rebels were shelling each other, and temperamental men with Kalashnikovs who had been known to kidnap journalists were everywhere.

Like many foreign reporters, I was there to relay what was happening to the remains of the downed flight’s 298 passengers and crew members.

Before I went to the crash site, I obtained accreditation from the separatists. This did not guarantee that I would be safe, but it was the only way to get past the armed checkpoints.

Now Ukraine has labeled me an accomplice in terrorism.

On May 7, the website Mirotvorets (“Peacemaker”), courtesy of anonymous hackers, published part of the separatists’ accreditation records. My name, email address and phone number were among those of more than 4,000 journalists, including freelancers like me, as well as correspondents from this newspaper, Reuters, the BBC and other outlets.

We were collectively labeled “terrorist collaborators” for gaining accreditation from the separatists.

The list’s publishers claimed not to know what the consequences would be of releasing this information, but it seemed clear that the intent was to encourage people to take action against the journalists on their own."

Top 25 Censored Stories by Project Censored.

Top 25 censored stories in Western news media?
How? Why?
Well, for starters, "6 Corporations Control 90% Of The Media In America"
So what does this mean for Ukrainians, Russians and Americans?
If you want to learn the real truth about important events -- and nor media spin -- then you need to make an effort to find, vet and regularly read independent "alternative" news media.
Otherwise, you could be spoon-fed corporate establishment and/or government-supported propaganda. Afterwards, you'll accept their version of events and support (or decline to object) their policies -- policies that may not be in the best interest of regular people but in the interest of the top 1% (the 1% that owns & controls world's key financial-industrial groups that basically own politicians, their parties and governments).
These policies include
- human rights violations,
- war crimes,
- crimes against humanity,
- militarism,
- development and support of authoritarian or totalitarian police states,
- wars of aggression and for profit,
- state sponsored terrorism
- violent and undemocratic regime change
- disenfranchisement and brutal economic exploitation of vulnerable socio-economic groups, including children and the elderly, and even entire populations,
- irreversible environmental damage merely for the sake of corporate profits
- and on & on.
Are you down with that?
I'm not!
Greg Krasovsky
