Ten Commandments for the Protection of Children.

1. All children are innocent and their lives equally precious.

2. Children have no say in when, where to whom they are born:

- Time of war, peace, revolution, persecution or terrorism,

- Their parents'

   -- Race, ethnicity, religion,
   -- Health and innate intelligence,
   -- socio-economic status, including education, wealth, social standing, power & connections in their community
   -- Sexual preference, other behavioral choices
   -- criminal activity, whether its corruption, crimes of violence or even terrorism

- Wealthy first-world country or poorest third world country

3. All children must be protected at all costs, sometimes even from abusive parents & relatives, even at the expense of an adult life.

4. All children in immediate danger must be rescued at all cost, even at the expense of an adult life.

If you see a child drowning and you're a poor swimmer, it is your moral duty to try to save that child, even at significant risk of drowning yourself.

The same for a child trapped in tree, a burning or a collapsed building, a motor vehicle or any other hazardous location & situation -- a moral person has a duty to rescue that child.

5. It doesn't matter how the child ended up in harm's way, whether on his own accord or due to the negligence, recklessness or evil intent of other children or adults, including the child's own family -- a moral person has a duty to rescue that child.

Even a good number of animals understand this concept - we've seen enough video footage of animals rescuing other baby animals.

6. The children of moral degenerates -- such as terrorists, war criminals, those who commit crimes against humanity and other serious human rights violations -- deserve equal concern, care and protection by moral adults.

Why? Because these children are innocent hostages (unwitting bystanders?) -- trapped in families of people who do horrible, truly evil things, could use their children as human shields or unwitting martyrs, and are likely to raise their children to do the same.

As hostages, these children need to be rescued and protected while their dangerous parents / relatives are neutralized and/or brought to justice.

7. The children of your enemies -- (a) if you're a civilian, the children of moral degenerates/criminals/terrorists, (b) if you're a combatant, the children of your military enemy, (c) if you're an extremist, the children of your opponents (political, religious, racial, ethnic, etc.) -- deserve as much protection as your own children or the children of your "group"

Why? Because they did not chose their parents and their parents' position in life that has made them your enemy.

8. Those who discriminate against, neglect, insult, hurt (physically or emotionally), put or leave children in harm's way, or cause their death (through intentional and negligent homicide or manslaughter) are moral degenerates, have no right to claim any good spirituality (they can only claim being enlightened satanists), deserve our unequivocal condemnation and the severest forms of punishment permitted by law and holy scriptures.

Never, ever forget that, if you claim to be a moral, an educated, a religious or a spiritually enlightened human being!

9. Those who try to absolve themselves of responsibility for the life, health and safety of children of other adults (often their opponents) -- for instance, by claiming that since it was the parents who put the children in harm's way through their immoral or illegal actions (e.g. parents who are terrorists, criminals, radical extremists) -- are fooling themselves and (a) will not be forgiven by Divine Law (karma) and/or (b) should not escape societal condemnation and punishment under human (societal/state) laws.

- this rule is applicable to law enforcement, security, intelligence, military personnel and the politicians & government officials who order, supervise and discipline them.

If you intend to neutralize or capture criminals, terrorists, insurgents or enemy combatants, then you must take ALL available measures to protect any children nearby who could be hurt during your police, security, intelligence, anti-terrorist/insurgent/separatist or military operation.

Even measures that are likely to put your personnel at a substantially higher risk of being killed, injured or captured by the targets of your operation.

We cannot and must not accept any typical types of excuses, like "inevitable collateral damage", "fog of war" or worse, hints at collective responsibility (by the enemy group), such as "they've put their children at risk themselves..."

      (a) by their initial illegal actions (actions against us, our faith),

      (b) by refusing to surrender, lay down their arms, meet our terms or turn over their children to us,

and now must accept all blame themselves if their children get hurt or killed in our operation.

Why?

Because protecting innocent children is worth those risks and true noble warriors understand this moral imperative -- as opposed to soldiers (cogs in the machine) that simply "follow orders" and think that this will absolve them of even the Ultimate Sin (the killing of a child, an innocent by definition).

Because children are hostages in adult conflicts, operation areas, battlefields and war zones -- terms that they may not even understand and circumstances from which they certainly cannot extract (rescue!) themselves.

If you disregard the lives, health and safety of children in your operation, conflict or war (no matter how noble your cause), then you and your group that supports such misconduct will pay for spilling the blood of innocent children -- eventually, sooner or later, even if it takes a hundred or a thousand years (a grain of sand in the sea of eternity).

BTW, such immoral conduct always corrupts the perpetrator's groups from within (even if these groups do not understand why, when and how)

10. Those who choose to do nothing meaningful to protect and rescue children (who are in harm's way, being hurt or killed) deserve almost as much condemnation as the perpetrators and will be punished for their inaction either in this world or on the other side.

- Those who provide any type of material aid (including "passively" or "involuntarily" through taxes, customs tariffs & other types of government fees) to individuals or organizations that abuse, hurt, maim or kill children are complicit, just like people that provide material aid to terrorists or launder money for narcotic or human traffickers.

So if you have come to know (become aware) of a child in danger or children being killed, especially during civil or military conflicts, then it''s your duty to try to do EVERYTHING within your power to protect children from harm, including

   -- by condemning all individuals and boycotting (as a consumer) all organizations involved in putting children in harm's way,

   -- by speaking out & organizing in your community,

   -- through peaceful protests,

   -- by applying pressure (as a voter and taxpayer) on governments, politicians and political parties to take all available measures to protect children,

   -- if necessary, civil disobedience (if not to save children's lives, then for what is civil disobedience ever justified legally or morally?)

And please remember the following principle:

It doesn't take a moral hero to criticize and condemn the enemies of one's group or country for hurting & killing children.

It take a real man or woman, a real hero, to speak out and take all available and necessary action against members of your own group and country when you see them hurting and killing children, even if these are your enemy's children!

Now take these Ten Commandments and apply them to current events, especially in The Holy Lands and Cities of the G-d of Abraham!
